A Call to Holiness
The word "discipline" does not often encourage positive feelings when hearing it but for the author of Hebrews discipline has a positive aim and often positive results. In this passage, Pastor Schuler answers some vital questions about interpersonal problems and discipline. What is the purpose of discipline? What is the objective goal of discipline? How do we have peace within this wicked world? What two things must we seek to please God? Why is Esau considered "profane" and a "fornicator"? How was Moses different than Esau? And perhaps the most important question, how can we encourage others to pursue Holiness?
We hope you were blessed and challenged by the ministry of Calvary Baptist Church. Here at Calvary, we understand the power of prayer (Mark 11:24, Philippians 4:6-7) and would humbly ask you if you would be willing to pray for Calvary Baptist Church. Please pray that we would be faithful to the Lord and that we would be a beacon of bright light in this dark world.
