Building Up and Reaching Out

Calvary Baptist Church is located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, a beautiful village located northwest of Milwaukee. With a membership of about 200, we are a growing church with an emphasis on Bible teaching, evangelism, missionaries and local ministry. We were founded over 50 years ago with a commitment to stand firmly on the truth of God’s infallible Word while ministering with love and compassion to people at all stages in their spiritual walk. That is still our focus today; that all may come to know Him, grow spiritually and serve Him through our ministry.

We invite you to worship with us and hear God’s Word expounded through powerful preaching. We want you to know our gracious Lord and Savior, who indeed “is full of grace and truth.”

First Time Visitors

On your first visit to our church, you can expect to be greeted at the door and directed to where you want to go, whether a Sunday school class, the nursery or directly to the sanctuary.

A typical Sunday morning service encompasses all aspects of worship to the Lord: music, singing, prayer, preaching and the offering. Music is a very integral part of worship at Calvary Baptist Church. Through traditional, conservative music, we desire to worship God and edify believers. Whether it is from the congregation’s singing, the special music or the instruments, it is our goal to glorify God and to reflect the stewardship of our members’ talents.

Communion is held once a month, alternating between Sunday morning and Sunday evening. Although we do not require guests to be a member of our church to partake in communion, we do ask that they be professing believers in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Meet Our Pastors

Rodney Schuler

Senior Pastor

Pastor Rodney Schuler and his wife Nancy came to Calvary Baptist Church in April of 2009. Pastor Schuler has a B.A. degree from Taylor University in Pastoral Ministry and a M.Div. from Grace Theological Seminary. He has been involved in pastoral ministry for 29 years in Northern Indiana and served briefly as a Bible and Greek Instructor at Pillsbury Baptist Bible College. He has a broad range of experience having served as a youth pastor, Christian education director, church planter, assistant and senior pastor.

He and Nancy have raised four children firmly committed to the cause of Jesus Christ. Their ambition is to glorify their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and help people appreciate and grasp the wonders of God’s Word. Pastor Schuler has adopted as his life verse John 1:14 “seeking to be like Christ, full of grace and truth”. There are only two things in this world that last forever; the souls of people and God’s Word.

Daniel Dillman

Assistant Pastor

Pastor Daniel Dillman began his ministry as an Assistant Pastor with us in 2016. He has a B.A. in Biblical Counseling from Maranatha Baptist University and is currently working on an M.Div. from Maranatha Baptist Seminary. He has been involved in youth ministry since the beginning of his college years. He enjoys the challenge of making scripture practical in the 21st century. He teaches Bible at Calvary Baptist School, runs the youth program at Calvary and is passionate about teaching the younger generation to grow, serve and lead.

One verse that is a challenge to our Christian youth as much as it is for Pastor Dan is 1 Timothy 4:12, ``Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.``

Calvary: Past, Present and Future

Calvary Baptist Church was founded in 1957 in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, to provide a place of worship, fellowship, training and service in accordance with the Word of God.

God provided Calvary with 17 acres of land at the corner of Main Street and Menomonee Avenue. We have completed two phases of the new building, which houses the complete school ministry, a new kitchen and a gymnasium.

The Lord provided a buyer for our old property and we have moved all ministries to our new facility at N84 W19049 Menomonee Avenue.  We are meeting in the gymnasium until a new sanctuary can be built.

Our faith and hope rest completely on Jesus Christ, His finished work on the cross and the triumphant victory over death and the grave. As believers, we eagerly look forward to His return.
